Return Policy

All requests for return or exchange as well as damaged goods claims MUST be completed within 30 days of receipt of product(s). Customers MUST contact our Customer Relations department at 866-405-7007 within the above time period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization code ("RMA").  All return packages must be received by BuyandFlyYourFlags.com within 10 days of issuance of the Return Merchandise Authorization Code, otherwise the return will be deemed invalid. Any product returned to BuyandFlyYourFlags.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization Code may result in a delay or denial of credit or replacement of the product in question. A 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will apply to all requests for credit resulting from reasons other than defect in material or workmanship.
